I saw today that you can connect your keyboard and mouse to the PS4 and play Minecraft. I played Fortnite 3 months ago with the same keyboard without any problems. The keyboard and mouse also work. It is recognized by the PS4, it is connected, but I can't control anything. Even Fortnite where I could play no longer works. I cleaned the USB pots, changed them, waited, plugged them in again, everything didn't work. I have a Corsair keyboard and a Corsair mouse, both are recognized by the PS4 but can no longer control an in-game game.
If you google, you will see that this is not possible on the PS4, as it is unfair to players with controllers. You can use a keyboard for input. However, controlling the game is neither a mouse nor a keyboard. You then need an adapter which you have to order. But if you want to play with a mouse and keyboard, just play on the PC.

Yes, I already noticed that there were some people there who didn't want it to be possible. However, the separation was made as far as I know that you can only say opponents with controllers. But the key point is not Fortnite but the fact that it is not shown to me in Minecraft where there's absolutely no advantage over others in my opinion.
