Screws on the Ps4 controller no longer hold?

The screws on my Ps4 controller no longer hold properly.

Do you have any tips for me on how to keep them correct? Or maybe. Do you also know alternative screws that are a bit longer or the thread is a bit wider?

Think the thread is broken.

There's nothing more you can do unless you put a bit of UHU in the thread and insert the screw now, it could hold.
