I'm playing gta 5 on my ps4 pro and i do not have the rockstar editor. When I go to the pause menu and "scroll to the far right" he will not show me. I've already watched videos on how to get into the editor, but that does not help
PS.: I do not have an internet connection on my ps4 yet and I have not registered with GTA before, because it could be because of it.

An update for GTA 5 is currently being displayed, which I can't do yet because I do not have an internet connection yet. Could it be that I unlock it when I make the update? 🤷🏼♂️
It is NOT in the game as it was a DLC for the consoles. Only the PC had standard editor already.
