Rockstar Editor Camera position bands not possible?

I'm playing with the Rockstar editor (Xbox one s) and I get a message when I want to record a clip that I can't change the camera position even though I play third person. Does anyone know? I would appreciate an answer.

You're probably in a place where you can't change that. There are some places.
