Ps4 error code ce-41829-4?

The system memory of my Ps4 is full, so I ordered a new 2TB hard drive from Seagate.

I also formatted these etc. And now when I play games like Fifa 19 wants to move to extended memory comes about halfway through the transfer this error code.
