Hi, I ordered a Psn Code from Amazon, not for the first time. The last time was a while ago. Actually, I get an order confirmation with every order and, for digital items, the code immediately, that wasn't the case here. Neither order confirmation nor code. Be about half an hour. Wait, check your order, your emails again. Should be there within 24 hours
Go to your Amazon settings and then to Messages, upon receipt there should be 2 new ones, once the invoice and once the code, you get that there directly after the payment, you don't have to wait for the email, that is sometimes on Buggen, so it's best to always look there.

Yes there, when you click on an order, you get to the order details. If there was a problem with the order it would say something. For PSN cards e.g. That the address is incorrect or that the payment method should be changed.
Then you could also look at Open Orders to see whether it is still listed there. To do this, you have to go back to My Orders.
