Amazon Psn Code not come?

I bought a Ps4 code from Amazon, the money was withdrawn and I received 2 order confirmations, but none of them have the code!

I regularly buy codes on Amazon and always find them directly, but I've been sitting there for 10 minutes and looking for the code in vain…
