Join Call of Duty Accounts?

I call of duty on ps4 and wanted to buy a PC but wonder if I connect my ps account on call of duty.com and then my battlenet account if I then with my score Prestige7 lvl40 and all the camouflage etc on the PC and can continue to play on the playstation or whether I need to start over on PC

Of course you have to start over on the PC.

But fortnite can do that too
