You can forget about Eplus credit, Eplus has not been around for more than 6 years.

That will not work. PayPal can't be topped up as such.
You can only deposit money from one bank there.
You can only use your credit to buy PSC credit anywhere.
Eplus no longer exists, that's a fact.
And can I top up PayPal with the PSC code?
No of course not. Then have to find someone who will buy your PSC.
But you can assume that all of this is associated with loss. So ~ 50 euro.
So if you have 100 euro in credit, you may end up with only 100 euro in PayPal.
Eplus Service GmbH continues to exist as such and is based in Düsseldorf. It is also a contractual partner of Aldi Talk, which is why Eplus credit codes can still be sold and used at Aldi Talk.
