Yesterday I ordered the game gran turismo sport, but it arrived a little different than the picture today. Is that a different version or is it one and the same? Have I been ripped off?

No, you weren't fooled. Is the same, only what you got is the German version and on the screenshot it is international because Amazon uses the same image for all countries.
