Ordered a Ps4 slim a week ago. A day later we got the compensation. And the online invoice. But since day 1 over a week it has not been posted, how long does it take? Called Otto and said it was Hermes. Called Hermes, the rest of which are expensive… They said it's up to Otto. They said on the phone that it would be sent out within 24 hours… Is still not a confirmation and it is still not there.
If you want something quick, next time go to a shop around the corner. Then you have to call again and the nerves.
We called 3 times who wanted to order back and they said we don't need it. It will be sent out in 24 hours. They blamed it on the manufacturer.
