Placing a photo in the world at Sims 4?

I'm currently playing the Sims 4 on the Ps4 and have taken a photo with 2 Sims now the photo is in my inventory and I would like to put it somewhere or hang it up but I don't know how I do it and you can also "post" it somehow but you have to place it in the world first and I just can't do it

You just have to pull the picture from your inventory and place it where you want.
