Sims 4 for PS4?

I played Sims on the computer for years. Especially with Sims 4 it is so that you can't pass the games on, because the Origin Code has to be redeemed to play.
Does anyone know what it's like on Play Station. Can I safely buy the Sims 4 used and still play?

I think so, but playing on the ps4 is not so fun, if only because of the poor performance!
