I disconnected my ps4 from the power cable several times because it often stopped. Now it always starts in safety mode and is very slow and goes into safety mode by itself. What is broken on my playstation 4?

This is a software problem, similar to WINDOWS, when it does not shut down correctly several times and then starts the PC in Safe Mode.
