I bought a Ps4 Platinum Headset today and of course tried it out directly. But then I immediately noticed that the right speaker is a bit quieter than the left one. I have also reset the headset, but the sound on the right is still quieter.
Can someone help me or tell me what I can do?
If you are sure that you can hear equally well in both ears, there seems to be a defect. The headphones are turned upside down, is the left one quieter?
I just tried turning the headphones around and found that the left (or actually the right one) is quieter. Then it will probably be a defect.
