How do I get rid of the bug in Genshin impact?

I have a little problem.

I'm level 25 in Genshin Impact and this bar is already completely full.

And I just can't get to level 26 it says 6150/4575 so I should be above the level, but nothing happens. I also tried to restart the game but it still doesn't work. (Play on ps4) could someone help me?

This is not a bug. If you had paid attention when the receptionist explained the guild to you, you would have noticed that sometimes a special mission has to be fulfilled in order to be able to advance further. Check your assignments and do the Ascension Mission.

As the others have already tried to explain, you have to complete an ASSIGNMENT in order to raise the level again. What is so difficult to understand about that?
