5.1 not working Windows 10?

I have a problem.

I have connected a 5.1 system to my Windows 10 via the AVR Denon 2700. Everything works fine on my Playstation, so I think it's because of the settings.

If I set the sound to 5.1 then my subwoofer goes away and I can only use my front 2 speakers (stereo)

If I enter stereo then all my speakers + subwoofer go, but programs and files do not recognize the surround, of course, and output stereo sound.

But when I hear / play something with my headphones, I perceive the 3D sound. So I think that something is wrong with the settings of my 5.1 system, I have already reset several times.

Please have a look in your sound system settings, select the speaker and click on "Configure". Follow the steps there. Is it working now?
