How do I dispose of broken Ps4 controllers?

I still have a broken Ps4 controller that consists of 8 parts. How and where can I best dispose of it without a lot of effort?

E-waste, so bring it to the recycling center or a collection point. In addition, all larger electronics stores (e.g. Satun or Media Markt) have to accept defective electronics, then they are properly disposed of or recycled.

Make it small and throw it in the trash. Everything will be burned anyway. You don't want to dispose of a washing machine.

Absolutely wrong, electronic waste must / does not belong in the household waste!
