My two PS4 controllers broke from one round of the Battlefront. The thing is that I only used one controller. So how can it be that the 2nd unused controller is also broken?
The controllers spin completely. They do not give audio or only play a small audio frequency very often all the time. The joysticks move automatically and can hardly be counter-steered because the joysticks often do not work at all. All other buttons do not work either.
Is it because of the Ps4 or the controllers, because it can't be that nothing breaks from the nothing…
Turn off the PS and do a controller reset.
There's a small hole on the back of the controller, so you just take a toothpick or something and press it for about 10 seconds, switch on the PS, reconnect the controller with the cable.
There's an interference signal somewhere that affects the controller. Look whether near your console or somewhere on the router, other electronic devices might interfere.
I've tried it 100 times.
