PS4 application damaged?

I have a problem here and I've been playing the PS4 for a year and I've been very happy to play GTA but lately the game hangs and stops it just goes out and it says that the following application is damaged, delete it and load it down again what I did I even took out the CD and bought GTA in the PlayStationStore because I thought the CD was broken but it starts to hang and well what can I do about it?

I would contact the support of Sony times, they can certainly help you, or if there's still a guarantee I would exchange them. The processor or hard disk may be broken
