As it stands above, my monitor shows no picture when I connect my PS4 to it, but when I connect my PC everything works without problems and the PS4 works with other monitors / TVs. It would be very helpful if someone could tell me why this is and if I could somehow change that.

I think you have to change the PS4 resolution graphic. Possibly. Is the currently driving a resolution that the monitor can't do.
Or the HMDI handshaking is not working properly, or one of them can't.
Is the monitor on?
Can you switch the sources on the monitor?

That happened to me, too. Had my PS4 Pro reset and then she did not want to give a picture on both of my monitors. Thought that would be broken.
When I then connected to my TV came immediately picture. Try your TV.
Monitor is on and can reach a resolution up to 1920x1080 in 60fps. My PS4 is set exactly on this and also with other HDMI cables nothing works.
The problem is not that it does not show any picture but only on this one monitor. For other monitors and televisions everything works as it should.
I do not know if that is related, but you can turn on the PS4 hdcp 2.2 copy protection in the settings on and off. Maybe it's just zipping around.
