PS4 Apex Legends image cropped despite adjusted display area settings?

I recently downloaded Apex Legends onto my PS4, but found that the image was cut off on all sides. I tried to solve the problem in the Playstation settings, but I didn't get it, not even in the in-game settings of Apex
