Is there an app made for gamers to find teammates?

I'm looking for an app for gamers where you can search for other players for certain games. Only enter website if no app is available.

Criteria:

-Ps4 and PC

-Games like F1 2020, Fifa 21 and Grand Tourism Sport would be best

But do you have good servers where you can find other players?

Just enter eg Fifa 21 discord in Youtube then there will be a video, you click on it and join the server, the servers are usually set with a link in the bio. Or you go to montes channel there's also Fifa matchmaking. You just do that in all games where you brew people ready
