You have to enter a tax number i read a bit on the internet and found a tax number for my city, you can use it and you are allowed to do that at all

Dy

What? No, of course you can't and must not. You have to enter your own tax number.

ca

You have to apply for a tax number at the tax office where you live.

THIS is stated there.

Then you are obliged to make an annual tax return even if you have not made any profits or sales.

You also have to be careful that something like this does not become commercial. Talk about sales and affiliate links, etc. The tax office can quickly chalk that up.

Dy

That is directly compulsory anyway, since there are no sales as a private person.

You not only have to enter a tax number (you get the tax office) but also a business when you register.

You do that at the trade office, it costs around 30 euro depending on the city.

Just don't forget the annual tax return to the tax office.

Real? I wasn't sure about streamers but would have booked it as a freelancer.

Dy

It's not freelance. You can take a look at § 18 EStG.

ca

Yes, I believe you too. I now dismissed that as a photographer, musician. But all right

Dy

It's still not an artistic profession, otherwise it would work. It would need a reaction from the government or the Federal Fiscal Court.
