Requirements for 1080p stream?

Hao I would like to stream my livestream in 1080p Now I wanted to know what requirements and internet performance one needs to create a stream on Twitch and Youtube.

So generally gild 8 mbit are 1megabyte. Now you can calculate how big a 1 second video file in 1080p is and calculate it, if it is enough for you. Normal 1080p but should klargehen with a 5 upload
