Handcam for Twitch?

I would like to add a hand cam for my Twitch livestream and have already ordered a webcam. Do you have any idea how I could fix it so that you can see my mouse and keyboard perfectly?

You could mount this above on the ceiling or something and then zoom in a little so that you can only see the so-called hand on

Unfortunately my ceiling is too high for that: /
