Didn't get Twitch Hype Train Emotes (Would level 2 emotes)?

I donated 1 bit on a streamer on a hype train. It said when it was over the supporters received the following emotes. But I haven't received any. Is that normal? Because I still have Hype Train Emotes from last year in my emote list.
