Twitch - How can I go back from subscription level 2 to subscription level 1?

Have a level 2 subscription with my favorite streamer. I would now like to reset that to level 1. I can't find anything about either Google or the Twitch help, just how I could raise it to level 3.

Does anyone have an idea how to do this without giving up completely and subscribing again as level 1?
