Random app crashing?

For a short time now, apps on my Android 11 mobile phone (Samsung M30s) have not started because they keep crashing. This is not the case with all apps. Just a few: Gmail, Boom Beach, Twitch. After a new installation it works again, and after a random time it doesn't work again. Does anyone know why this is? Possibly. On Android 11.
