PC no longer recognizes some letters and only makes commands?

Was relaxed on twitch and suddenly my PC was only faxing which is why I restarted it, but now I can't even log in anymore because I have "L" s in my password and it doesn't recognize it (other keys too) even with an on-screen keyboard if it does not work it only makes a few more buttons that either execute commands or function normally in the dialog box

Press all special keys (Ctrl, Alt, etc.) on the keyboard, one of them may be stuck…
