PlayStation 4 no longer recognizes controller after update?

Did a system update on the PS4 today. After the restart, the system no longer recognizes any controllers (no matter whether with or without cables, no matter which controller) and you can no longer go into security mode to reset the console to factory settings.

Do you have any suggestions for solutions?

Unplug the PlayStation completely and let it rest for half an hour, then switch it on again

use a different cable

or maybe the USB port is dirty (sucked out)

otherwise write to the support service
