I want to start streaming on Twitch and Youtube in high quality. I also want to upload a lot of YT videos. I now have the option to conclude 2 contracts at Telekom. Magenta M with 50mbits down and 10 mbits upload for 39.95
or the package L for 100 mbits down and 50 upload for 44.95
I know that the upload is crucial. Do I need the 50?
I think you better drive with the larger line, because you also have to consider that others may be in your network and thus also use your line.
At least the big package but more than the big one would be good

4k not but HD
Is supposed to work with 10, but I have the experience that people over 20 really had peace of mind before dropouts.
