By acquaintance, I do not mean 100 active viewers, but rather 10 or so, since it's really not fun to stream without anyone watching
Well, you have to be able to offer people something, talk well, have a pleasant voice, be funny and best not be a total noob. In addition, it is not easy to become known, as everyone is dreaming of getting rich through such services and gaining recognition.
And then just kind of advertise. So people just know that you're on Switch. Only I'm frankly annoyed by the whole people, as felt everyone streams and tries to get to people like gronkh etc
"I start fresh with Twitch… I want FAME & money right away"
"I do not want to wait & build something… I want everything NOW IMMEDIATELY"
These and many other statements are just the wrong way and the wrong approach to stream or make youtube. Anyone who brings such thinking will not be successful. One is only a small fish in the pond & goal is to stick out of the measures. Who can't do that will always be the little fish without meaning.
One of the most important criteria for getting attention is activity. This is not meant to stream 10 hours in a row, but CAN also help, is the regularity that one streams and preferably at times where the main streamers are not online.
Otherwise, just as BarbiieShooter has already written, you need some time, should have skill & his viewers can offer something.
As I said: I do not want a fame but only a few spectators with whom one can also talk to make the stream more entertaining
And they come and go by themselves. "Runaway" as we streamer call them. At some point, then stick a few and more… And more… And more… That takes time.
