Streaming laptop?

Is it possible to stream on high quality Twitch with the following laptop, considering its equipment? I'm aware that a laptop is less expensive than a tower, but it should definitely be a laptop

The laptop you mentioned… Would meet the conditions, based on the hardware.

It depends on what you want to stream with it.

For gaming, maybe for some games like Minecraft without mods.

and sorry, maybe I should add that I want to stream console games via an elgato game capture card, for example via Switch - Mario Kart.

I don't necessarily plan to play and stream on the laptop myself
