No stream permission xbox?

I've already asked, but no one could help… I open twitch on xbox, want to go live, but there it comes (see picture) and have no idea how to fix it. I searched everything in terms of settings and found nothing! Please help me!

Do you have 2 factor authentication?

Have you allowed streaming in the console's families and security settings?

Yes, and the account I'm playing on has the master key, but other accounts don't. Is that because of that?

If you use the main profile and that has all the settings for streaming, then that should work.

Maybe it helps to just reinstall the Twitch app.
