I'm currently watching a series on the burning series app but lately the tracks are loading and jiggling so heavily that they are inedible. I do not know myself too well but my Wlan can't really lie because I can watch Youtube, Twitch etc. Without problems with 720p. Maybe who of you knows more?

Looking at YouTube is not illegal, as it is not obviously illegal and the user can assume that he can watch the videos.
Just get started on legal services.
It's also more about the upload to YouTube directly, as this is done in most (but not all) cases ILLEGAL. Even if you "go out" that this is not the case, you must be clear about not supporting any of the producers or licensees (in the unlawful case). ^^
I know. I also just say that you are not punishable on YouTube (as a viewer), unlike BS or Anime 4you.
No matter if you are a criminal or not, you have to keep in mind the above mentioned thoughts. Therefore, I'm glad to hear that you know about the ILLEGAL uploads. ^^
