I would like to stream on Twitch. Call of Duty Warzone is played on PS4. I've already bought a cam, a micro. The Elgato HD60s + is also on the way. I would like to stream with my MacBook Pro 13 "from the beginning of 2015 (i5 and 480GB SSD) and use OBS Studio over it. Internet connection should also be quite good because I use Powerline. According to PS4, I have an upload of around 25Mb / s
Is this equipment enough to stream halfway qualitatively?
Will the computing power of the MacBook pack it?
Will there be problems connecting OBS and the Elgato to the MacBook?
Hi, if you connect everything correctly everything should work. A problem could be the 25 mb / s, that's really not much, but if you stream via the MacBook anyway and it has upload (that doesn't depend on the device but on the WLAN / LAN) it should definitely work. Have fun streaming and good luck ^^

… Using a laptop as a "streaming PC" is never a good idea.
Especially because of the waste heat and the high wear and tear as the laptop has to encode permanently.
But it depends on the settings in which quality you can stream & the corresponding hardware. An i5 is usually not designed for this and is not optimal either.

It should be at least 6 Mbit / s. So it fits.
But please do not stream via WLan but via LAN cable. Say Lan cable to the laptop.
