Don't know what I was thinking, but I watched my favorite streamer on Twitch for 4 hours and watched him play The Last of Us 2 until the end.
I actually planned to play the game myself as it is my number one favorite game.
Do you think it would still be worth buying and playing the game even though I have been spoiled and know how it will end?
I would say it is worth it because it is always a different feeling to play and experience it yourself
Playing yourself and watching someone doing it are two different kinds of shoes. If The Last Of Us appeals to you so much, I would play it again myself.
I would always be worth it. Sure, you already know the story, but it's still something else when you play it yourself.
I watched the first 6 hours at Gronkh and play it tomorrow anyway. Of course, I don't know the whole story yet, but still it will be something different to play that myself.

Yes, that's why I didn't want to watch the Lets plays myself, but I couldn't leave it because the videos on YouTube were directly recommended to me and I just couldn't say no 😂 If you are still waiting for something, you may forget a small part, not that Main elements - you will probably never forget them - but a few alongside conversations and then it may be really cool to play them yourself.

Yes, the one with the golf club was awesome. I had been thinking somehow the whole time, they are definitely looking for him. And then that. I can't keep my mouth shut for the rest of the episode 😂

Yes. It is often like that. At the beginning there's no end and a few years later you only learn to appreciate the game. I read that some found the story too low and then the end should have totally destroyed the story.
I still don't find the story as thrilling as in the first part (I know that until Seattle), but I'm going to be surprised.
I find the game otherwise really blatant. You just see extremely disgusting scenes and somehow you don't want to continue watching / playing and yet the story pulls you in there because - no matter how boring the story may be - you want to know what happens next. Somehow there's no good and no evil anymore and so on…
Of course, the game is quite linear and builds on the story, but you can still get your own from the general game mechanics. It is also something completely different to play yourself than just watching. I personally know the story and want to get it anyway Simply because I was a real fan of the first part and these side stories are also quite interesting in the game itself due to the well-known storyline. ^^
