Tlou2 Abby Bug?

I'm just about to play Abby's story in Tlou2 and can't get anywhere.

ATTENTION SPOILER:

Am where she goes to look for Owen and in a house you squeeze through an opening and be surprised by a clicker. You shoot it and then have to go through the column again to get further, I saw it in a Let's Play.

For me, however, it can't go through the column, the animation does not start… I have already tried everything, load the last checkpoint, restart the game, restart Ps4 and game but nothing works…

Phew I don't remember that exactly anymore but actually the game wants you to go somewhere else.
