I wanted to ask if you can stream a soundtrack from a game on Twitch once you've purchased it?

You are only allowed to stream on Twitch for which you have the rights or permission. Buying music does not entitle you to do so.

Basically no. You don't have the rights to your own release just because you bought the soundtrack once.
