The PS4 has an audio output? Take a cable and go to the entrance on your PC. Alternatively, you can also use a grabber on the HDMI, or simply pass the sound on the audio output from the TV to the PC.
If you do not have the opportunity to play the sound in parallel, but have to use the headphone jack to pass the signal into the PC, you can activate the interception function, thereby the recorded signal (with a small delay) is played back directly.
