Why can I only open Youtube and Co?

I got up this morning, turned on the PC and then wondered why I wasn't greeted by discord as usual. Then a lot to me that it can't open just like steam and other platforms. I can only open certain sites like Youtube netflix. Sites like twitch amazon don't. Router already restarted pc too. But everything works on the phone too. Can someone help me there? The provider is vodafon or Unitymedia

Do you have access to the router settings? A lock may have been activated there.
