Old part is old. (Should be the E85+ with the i7-3770. Enough for what Twitch recommends.)

You may be able to check the hard drive again. These old things sometimes only have 50Mb / s

I mean you don't have to upgrade to SSD right away but to a better HDD, if the built-in one is extremely slow I would recommend it. Best WD or Seagate
