I went to someone on the PlayStation who did a live broadcast. Can he see now that I went inside. Hold my PlayStation name. He's streaming me twitch and in the corner downstairs it was still signing up for twitch, what does that mean?
So he can't actually see who is watching him. But he can just see that someone is watching him.
OK thanks. What if I follow him and is it generally the case with twitch or live broadcasts. That you can't see the name or
If you follow him, your name will not be shown to him either.
Thank you so there's generally no way that he can see my name?
Only if you donate money / bits to him, write in the chat or subscribe to him (i.e. With money).
Subscribe and follow is the same
No, not on Twitch. You can follow for free, but you can only subscribe if you pay for it.
I see. Is it then on twitch that you have to subscribe to everyone you want to watch and pay each and every one for it?
No. You can watch anyone - no matter who you want.
If you subscribe to him, you support the person, just like with a donation or with bits. The only difference to donations is that subscribing (mostly) gives you advantages. (E.g. Exclusive emotes for the live chat that you only get if you subscribe to the streamer or if the streamer stops "members only chat"), only the members of the channel can write in the chat, i.e. Those who have subscribed to the streamer. )
OK thanks. But does the streamer have to pay for these emotes? For example, if I open a streamer account, I get these emotes for free or
Unfortunately I do not know it. But 90% of the time I believe that the streamer doesn't have to pay anything. Wouldn't make sense somehow. The streamer just has to create them himself.
Why doesn't it make sense? The streamer buys emotes and if HIM is watching some then they also have to pay more for the emotes. 10% profit. Or maybe you need a certain number of viewers to unlock these emotes and get money
I don't think you can do that from the start, only if you have a certain number of followers or viewers. But unfortunately I'm overwhelmed xD
Twitch gets something anyway if you subscribe to a streamer
Thank you for the helpful information and for writing back and making the effort to help me. I'm really grateful for that.
No thing.
