Do Twitch streamers need a broadcast license?

You need a license if a device can receive any "radio equipment". Either air or cable.
If you only stream, you don't need a license. But of course you have to register at GEMA.

You only need a license if you get into a dimension where you have several hundred to a thousand spectators. As a small streamer, no. However, other criteria must also be met in order to count as a radio

Especially since you also need a data protection officer & much more if you have a license. Plus I think 25,000 euro… Definitely a large sum of money.
