Stream hangs despite good internet?

I have an internet with a 100MBit / s download and 20Mbit / s upload.

Stream with OBS on Twitch.

As soon as I start the stream, my statistics show me a red connection. The WLAN is connected directly to the PC with the cable. Does anyone know why this could be so?

How much of the 20Mbps are you actually getting?

The "LAN" is called Ethernet.
