Multimedia pc up to max 1080P hardware?

Sw would fit for a multimedia PC so to watch videos DVD's streams on Twitch or youtube so that is only designed for that is not for games or other I use the google crome which requires a lot of ram only as a hint

This should be enough and last a few years in the office without being too slow.
