And I'm in the process of putting together a PC for a friend. In itself, I have already put together two systems and suggested, but I want to be sure and to balance my opinion.
Short to the system:
This should without problems common games (from all sorts of areas, but probably only multi-player) in full extent and can do so with 1080p / 60 fps on Twitch the livestream transferred. The whole sol as display on two monitors are distributed.
Internet connection is a 100k line of the Telekom, if that interests.
It is looking for hardware that will accomplish these claims 100%, but does not cause unnecessary performance and hence costs. Of course, some buffer zone should be planned but not too much.
Price should in the optimal case at max. 1500-1600 euro lie.
Whether AMD or Intel does not matter.
If you feel like it, you may like to post a component compilation.
How about this?

That would be my idea
Thanks! That's pretty much in line with my design, it calms me down.

Thank you again for the compilation!
Out of Topic: Amd is still not as popular as I thought. Can this be?!
The suggestions are definitely in the area where I hoped they would go!
The budget is a great system possible. My recommendation:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max or Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite
RAM: 2x 8 GB DDR4 3200 MHz Corsair LPX
Graphics card: RTX 2070 Super or AMD RX 5700XT
Power Supply: beQuiet Straight Power 11 550 Watt
Case: Midi Tower of your choice
CPU cooler: beQuiet Dark Rock 4
Case fan: 1 - 2 additional to those of the case
Memory: 1 TB M2 SSD
Whether you as a graphics card the Nvidia RTX 2070 Super or AMD RX 5700XT is relatively unimportant. The RX 5700XT has the better price-performance ratio, but can't do raytracing.
