Why am I having slow frames when streaming on Twitch?

I've recently been playing on my PC again. I stream the game Phasmophobia through Twitch Studio or Streamlabs OBS. I have the problem with both that I get up to 30 slow frames. So far it's only been 45.

Quite simply, your PC is not good enough and the recording and streaming also draws a lot of FPS, but I could recommend Radeon Relieve, or for your PC the version from NVidia, which does not take away that much FPS, a maximum of 1-3 FPS and that's the same as OBS only better adapted.
