I'm looking for a second monitor that is not used to play but just to watch YouTube or Twitch while I'm playing. My requirements would therefore only be 60hz & 24 inches. The response time should not exceed 4ms, then the monitor would be perfect, the whole thing as cheap as possible. Do you have any buy recommendations?
My GPU is a GTX 1060 6GB.
Some standard is sufficient for this graphics card.

I have the 27 inch version but there's also a 24 inch version.

I know. That's why I'm asking for a "standard part". If you had looked at / understood the listed values more closely you would have known it.
Have a look at media markt and buy some cheap tft around 100 euro. No matter which. Data doesn't matter.

This monitor has a very good price-performance ratio.
Should theoretically also work for gaming but you don't want to.
It's only 23.5 inches but I don't think the few cm are important.
Also has 4m sec response time.

Thank you. Unfortunately there's no DisplayPort connection available in the 24 inch version, but HDMI is also enough for me. I'll take a closer look at that.
